EDRG 3344 Descriptive writing

The Pudgy Puppy
The pudgy puppy sat on the cold hard floor
His big brown eyes sad and wide he looked up at the monstrous door
With long droopy ears he waited and peered
Where was his loving master? Oh where could she be?
The sad pudgy puppy all alone so sad was he
He needed some food, a drink and a romp, but all he could do was fall to the floor with a flop
When the key hit the door he popped up with delight, the pudgy puppy was off like a thief in the night
His master was waiting, sprawled out on the floor, the sweet pudgy puppy had to wait no more
